Introduction. The objective was to sample four sources of waste at an inoperative non-ferrous metal recycling plant and develop a preliminary economic analysis for on- and off-site treatment options.
Sampling and Economic Analysis. Wastes were sampled and evaluated to determine contamination present. Evangelista performed a waste treatment preliminary economic analysis of two innovative on-site and five traditional off-site waste treatment alternatives.
