Internship Summary. The Environmental Management Internship was developed to provide relevant and paid work experience in industry and government for students of the Environmental Management Program at the University of California, Davis, University Extension (UNEX).
Internship flier PDF 124 KB. On-site supervision was provided by the sponsoring public agencies or private businesses. Internship tasks varied, depending on the internship sponsors’ needs and the area of environmental management in which the interns worked.

Internship Objective. The lack of relevant work experience is an ongoing problem for many professionals starting in a new field or career.
